Are You Surviving or are You Thriving?

What are you doing to get out of survival mode so that you can start to thrive?


Waiting 🙇🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ for one day to have your ducks 🦆in a row for you to thrive may take forever or may never happen. 😬


Some people spend their entire lives surviving 😰🤯 and putting out fire 🔥. If you have already been doing it for a few years or decades, know that you can change it.


Sometimes staying in a survival mode is comfortable because it’s familiar. Some people can’t even imagine what thriving may look or feel like?


Staying in a survival mode is not healthy for your mind, body and soul. It actually affects your body at physical and emotional level.


When you are in survival, your body has to constantly produce stress hormones. Stress hormones have a lot of side effects. No wonder people end up with chronic illnesses.


People who thrive also have a better health (physical, mental, emotional, financial, spiritual, social).


Know that you are the creator of your life.


And if you continue to stay in a survival mode, it’s because you are choosing that for yourself.


You are never as helpless as you believe you are.


Let me show you how you can start to thrive.


And you have to believe that an abundant life where you are happily thriving and flowing is possible for you.


You have to make the decision that you are going to thrive now.


You have to say “yes” to that life where you are thriving.
