What is Reiki?

Reiki is used to balance and harmonize the body in four areas. Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual/soul.  Reiki is intelligent in nature and will always support you in letting go of whatever no longer serves you and will align you back into your heart’s truth & knowing.

Once you have been attuned, you can use this healing energy to promote balance and harmony in all levels of your being and for others.

• The essence and history of Reiki.
• Reiki applications.
• How to practice on yourself, others, plants, and animals.
• You will receive the Reiki I attunement, a workbook, and certificate.
